Kleanzey may adjust, cancel, or reprice a booking if:

• Home size or service inputs are inaccurate
• Required add-ons were not selected
• Job-site conditions are materially different from the booking
• The work requested is unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our normal service scope
Your crew may confirm final scope before cleaning.
4. Photo Analysis and Recommendations
Kleanzey may offer photo-based recommendations to help identify surfaces, service types, size tiers, or booking options.
Photo analysis is a convenience tool, not a final inspection or guarantee. Recommendations may be adjusted based on property conditions, access, safety, or crew review.
5. Auto-Clean™
If you enable Auto-Clean™ or another recurring service, you authorize Kleanzey to schedule recurring cleanings based on the plan you select.
Recurring schedules, pricing, availability, and discounts may vary by service, location, and plan. You may cancel or change recurring service according to the rules shown at booking or provided by Kleanzey.
6. Payments and Billing
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
We may refuse, cancel, or update a booking if payment fails, information is inaccurate, or the booking appears incorrect or unauthorized.
Prices may change over time. Price changes do not affect completed bookings unless the booking information was inaccurate or the job scope changes.
7. SMS and Customer Messages
By providing your phone number, you agree that Kleanzey may send text messages related to:
• Bookings
• Service updates
• Reminders
• Customer support
• Account activity
• Promotional offers
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of marketing or automated SMS messages by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us.
8. Service Access and Property Conditions
You are responsible for making sure Kleanzey has safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned.
This may include:
• Unlocking gates
• Moving vehicles or personal items
• Securing pets
• Closing windows and doors
• Confirming water access when needed
• Notifying us of fragile surfaces, leaks, damage, or special conditions
Kleanzey is not responsible for delays, incomplete work, or additional charges caused by inaccessible areas, unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, or undisclosed property issues.
