  • Service & Credit Notifications – to share redeemable Kleanzey credits (e.g., discounts or account rewards) that may be applied toward your next cleaning service.

  • Quality Feedback & Follow-Ups – to request feedback after a completed service and, when needed, arrange touch-ups to ensure your property meets Kleanzey’s reasonable cleaning standards.

All SMS messages are sent only with your explicit consent, as outlined in our Terms of Use (see Term #3). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Kleanzey text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications, though we may still contact you by email or phone for essential service-related matters.

Kleanzey does not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used only to deliver, maintain, and improve the services you request.

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in other ways. This may include:

  • CRM & Booking Software: We store customer data securely within our dedicated CRM system, Fieldd.co, which is used solely for managing bookings and service fulfillment. Information entered manually or by our sales team is limited to what is required to deliver your requested service.

4. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and store information to:

  • Facilitate bookings and service fulfillment

  • Improve the appearance, design, and functionality of our website

  • Support customer service and sales operations

  • Analyze performance and enhance future user experiences

Kleanzey never sells or shares user-specific data with second or third parties. We use this data exclusively to enhance our services and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

5. Data Storage, Use, and Disclosure

Kleanzey uses Google Analytics (via Wix Marketing) to measure user interactions such as page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, and form activity.

User-submitted information is securely stored within Fieldd.co. We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and address information as needed for booking and service delivery. We may occasionally enter user data collected via in-person or phone interactions to complete or manage bookings.

We do not share your personally identifiable information outside of these systems unless required by law or necessary to protect our rights or comply with legal processes.

We may contact you to:

  • Confirm or update bookings and accounts

  • Resolve account or payment issues

  • Request service feedback

  • Send company updates or surveys

  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions or comply with applicable laws
